# kb-python wrapper for Galaxy
This repository contains the code for a galaxy wrapper for the single-cell processing tool kb-python by the Pachter Lab (https://www.kallistobus.tools/).

This wrapper can be currently installed from :

1) galaxy test-toolshed: https://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/florian.wuennemann/kb_python/f7a2c36c5bc6
