**What it does**

This tool returns the file with averaged data based on the selected time interval in a time series data.

**Inputs**
    Data averaging tool 
       * **--Input file** Input data frame as a tabular file.   
       * **--Time stamp column** select the time stamp column in the dataset from the given list.
       * **--Time interval in minutes** provide the time interval in minutes for which data averaging is to be performed
