PRIMS-workflows for Galaxy
==========================

Workflows module of Plant Research International's Mass Spectrometry (PRIMS) 
solution using a combination of tools from different packages, including: 

* PRIMS-proteomics (prims_proteomics)
* PRIMS-MASSCOMB (prims_masscomb) 
* PRIMV-visualization (primv_visualization)

Galaxy installation is available from the Galaxy Tool Shed at:

NB: after installing the prims_workflows Tool Shed repository, you should still 
import the desired workflows from the installed repository to make them active in 
your local Galaxy environment.

Tool Versioning
===============

PRI tools used in the workflows will have versions of the form X.Y.Z. 
Versions differing only after the second decimal should be completely
compatible with each other. Breaking changes should result in an
increment of the number before and/or after the first decimal. All
tools of version less than 1.0.0 should be considered beta.
