1 The Artistic License

3 Preamble
|

5 The intent of this document is to state the conditions under
|
|
6 which a Package may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder
|
|
7 maintains some semblance of artistic control over the
|
|
8 development of the package, while giving the users of the
|
|
9 package the right to use and distribute the Package in a
|
|
10 more-or-less customary fashion, plus the right to make
|
